HOW I SHOULD START YOGA?

People always ask me about: how I do start? It’s difficult? I’m not flexible. I’m not skinny. I have back injuries, shoulders injuries, knee injuries…but the good news is that the Yoga Practice is for everyone!

You just need to know what are the first steps.

Here! just three basics points that helps you a lot for start your yoga practice.

  • Read about yoga. Now we have access to scientific research about yoga. Search for the evidence base researches. (Ex. see www.nccih.nih.gov/sites/nccam.nih.gov).
  • Search for your health needs and consult your physician about your needs.
  • Start with a private yoga coach-training practice based in basic yoga fundamentals.

  1. I tried yoga a few times in the past in large class settings. I never enjoyed it or really understood until working with Lizette. She has completely changed my view of yoga. She adapts the class to my level but also pushes me to try harder. Yoga can be intimidating to a new student and she makes me feel very comfortable with the practice. I am still learning the fundamentals but my flexibility and strength are improving with every class. I will continue to take her classes as long as she is teaching! Thank you, Lizette!
